How to Select a New Insurance: 

  • Health Insurance companies create new plans under each brand of insurance every year. We try strive to be on top of the new plans, if you don’t see the parent plan listed, please reach out and ask 724-352-8840 ex. 7. We’ll research and get back to you in a timely manner.
  • When selecting a new insurance, we recommend looking through the participating providers to make sure our office and any specialists you see are included in the plan. This list can be provided by Human Resources if you get your insurance through your employer, the insurance broker you are working with or from the insurance company.

  • We have self pay prices of $80 for a sick visit and $120 for a physical (includes everything done in the office) for anyone who’s insurance does not include our office

 

***SCAMS***:

  • Medicare Advantage plans pay brokers to call Medicare eligible patients and get them to switch Medicare Advantage plans. These brokers are paid by the number of patients they can get to switch plans. If you do not receive a letter in the mail saying we are out of network for your plan next year, IT IS A SCAM. Medicare Advantage plans must send a letter to patients when there is a change to the coverage including primary care providers.
